IGM Mechanics – based in Pretoria, the car mechanic business was founded by Limpopo born young entrepreneur Ian Goitsimang Motshegwa. After qualifying as a Mechanical Engineer in 2021 Ian briefly worked as a technician for premier German luxury automotive manufacturer Mercedes-Benz. But his ultimate goal was to always open his own business. Having acquired the necessary experience, and recognised the demand for people who needed their cars diagnosed and fixed, Ian went on to establish his IGM Mechanics, which is infact abbreviated from his full names.
